I am an independent scholar with a passion for exploring the topics of Global Leadership, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Grand Societal Challenges. My research focuses on understanding how these areas intersect and influence organizational strategies, decision-making, and their broader implications for society. My most recent study used a comparative quantitative methods design to examine the differences and relationships in the orientations of Western and Asian business students towards the topics of CSR and Responsible Leadership to help conceptualize the emerging field of Responsible Global Leadership. One of my long-term goals is to become a certified expert in the mixed methods research approach for my research and to teach. As a lecturer and independent scholar, I aim to not only advance the field of Responsible Global Leadership and CSR but also to inspire and develop the next generation of global leaders through my research and teaching.
Before embarking on my Ph.D. journey in Global Leadership, I proudly served as a Civil Affairs Officer in the U.S. Army. I am open to collaborating on projects with those with similar research interests: Global Leadership, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Ethics, Organizational Leadership, Change Management, and Military Leadership and Ethics.
Teaching
As an experienced educator and subject matter expert, I have delivered graduate-level lectures and instruction to U.S. Army students on the Command and General Staff Officers Course (CGSOC) common core curriculum, as well as the Advanced Operations and Warfighting Course (AOWC) curriculum.

In addition, I have played an active role as a committee member in support of the Command & General Staff Officer Course (CGSOC) Master of Military Art and Science (MMAS) thesis program.
